Financial Controller

SUMMARY
SWS Ventures is the holding company for several Tommy’s Express car wash franchise locations opening soon and operating in Lancaster, Berks, and Chester counties in Pennsylvania. Our car wash facilities are World Class and so is our customer service.

We are looking for a full-time or part time Financial Controller who has experience with record keeping, bill pay, quick books, and P&L management. This position will be a hybrid between on site and remote.

The Financial Controller oversees and manages the P&L, bill paying, and record keeping for multiple car wash locations. This position will grow with the company as more location are brought on line and we add members to the team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage P&Ls in Quick Books
• Understand profit and loss, balance sheets, and income statements
• Organize and systemize bill pay and record keeping across multiple locations
• Learn and understand the operations of the car wash business
• Collect, Record, and Deposit Cash

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
